He is a Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Professional with over 20 years of experience in finance, taxation, audit, and restructuring. He is the Founding Partner of Aggarwal Bansal & Sakhuja, Chartered Accountants, and Founder Director of Arthah Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.

Within the Arthah Group, he leads the Overseas Advisory and Business Automation verticals, focusing on cross-border structuring, UAE advisory, and technology-enabled compliance solutions for clients expanding internationally. He also spearheads Arthah’s UAE operations through Arthah Tax Consultant LLC, delivering end-to-end corporate, tax, and regulatory advisory services.

He is IFRS certified (ICAI), an ICAI-certified Forensic Auditor, a registered Insolvency Resolution Professional (IBBI), and holds certifications in UAE Corporate Tax (ICAI) and AICA Level 1 & 2, besides serving as AICA Level-1 Faculty.
